Get A Quote

An installation floater provides special or all risk perils coverage for personal property installed, fabricated or erected by an insured party, usually a contractor. Coverage applies to owned property and property of others and covers the insurable interest of that contractor in the property. It can cover on a single project within an existing building, such as updating plumbing in the building. It can also cover a contractor who is acting as a subcontractor on a building in the course of construction, such as the one that installs the sprinkler system in it. The policy can be written on a reporting form basis or on a scheduled job or project basis.
